9/28/2023 0 Comments Voicemeeter cableIn PEACE the configuration is Equalizer Default (all zeros & peace.txt is blank) and the speakers (?) is set to All Devices. In EAPO Configuration Editor the config.txt file includes 1 peace.txt (see below). In Windows Task Manager - Equalizer APO Voicemeeter Client shows up. In EAPO Configurator Capture I choose both Voicemeter Output and Cable OutputĪll five (5) choices show APO Installed and changing the default in Windows Sound Settings changes the default in EAPO Configurator. In EAPO Configuator Playback I choose: (1) Output A1 - Voicemeeter, (2) Cable Input (Virtual Cable), and (3) Speakers - Topping USB. In VB, set A1 to "Topping USB Audio Device" and Hardware Input 2 to "WDM: Virtual Audio Cable". I installed VB + VB Cable + EAPO + Peace. I can play music files (Flac, DSD, and Streaming ) from Audirvana to EX5 to Stereo Receiver & Speakers. VoiceMeeter Banana audio routing example, splitting audio to headset and stream.I have a Topping EX5 DAC. Spotify does not have the option to select the output device, but you can force this to an output device, a VAC in this case. This example uses the second virtual input and an additional VAC to split Game/Alert, Discord, and Spotify audio and route them differently Game/Alert audio to both stream and headset, Spotify to the stream only, and Discord to the headset only.įor Discord, you can set the output device in the settings, selecting VoiceMeeter Aux Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO), note the AUX notation. In addition, if you have a VAC installed, you can set this as one of the hardware inputs to also use this to receive audio in VoiceMeeter Banana! Any input strip with ▶A1 highlighted will go to your headset while any input strip with ▶B1 will go to the stream.Īs you might have noticed, VoiceMeeter Banana has one additional virtual input that you can use. Now once you have this basic set up, you can control exactly if the audio, from either one of the hardware inputs or the virtual inputs, go to your headset, the stream, or both.
